I don’t quite understand your scenario. However table without a primary key is recoverable same way as the one with the primary key.
If you recover table structure from an .frm file upload it on https://recovery.twindb.com/
If you recover table structure from ibdata1 it’s still possible however we do it manually. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.

dropped db and delete frm.
I’ve recover frm file from recover softare but the file doesn’t have the opriginale name.
I try to recover table structure from your procedure but when i execute this command
./sys_parser -u root -p qwerty -d sakila_recovered sakila/actor if in the SYS_INDEX there is not a primary key, i've an error.
